Breaking Free from the Past: How to Live the Life You Truly Deserve

We spend so much time dwelling on the past—the woulda, shoulda, coulda’s—that we forget those very thoughts might be the chains holding us back from the life we’re meant to live.

I’ve heard it time and time again: Live with a mindset of abundance. The message echoes in books, podcasts, and conversations, yet so many of us mock it, dismiss it, or simply don’t believe it applies to us. But what if, instead of being trapped in regret, we forgave ourselves for our mistakes and chose to move forward with faith? What if we truly lived as if the life we desire is already on its way to us?

Your Future Self is Watching—What Will They Say?

Imagine if your future self appeared before you today. Would they shake their head in disappointment, saying, "You had so much potential, but you let fear hold you back?" Or would they smile with gratitude and whisper, “Thank you for fighting for us. We finally have everything we prayed for."

I know which version I want. And I want that for you, too.

The Past is a Prison—Unless You Set Yourself Free

We can’t change the world—or our own lives—if we remain shackled to old fears, mistakes, and missed opportunities. The first step to transformation isn’t out there in the world; it’s inside your mind. Forgive yourself. Release the weight of what was, and start moving toward what *can be.

When you free yourself mentally, the world around you begins to shift. Opportunities appear. Doors open. The energy you once spent on regret is now fuel for your future.

So ask yourself: Are you ready to let go and step into the life you’ve always dreamed of?**
